What?

The Mongol Rally

The greatest motoring adventure on the planet.

Participants start in Western Europe (the UK in our case) and drive 10,000 miles across mountains, deserts, the steppe of Europe and Asia in a tiny 1000cc car, preferably bought from a scrapyard for £4.60, to reach Ulan Ude in Russia, just North of the Mongolian Border. There is no backup. There is no set route. It’s just you, your car and planet earth.

This is about getting lost in a world where everyone knows where you are. This is a challenge, an experience, an adventure and there is nothing else like it.

The Rally has only 3 rules:

  1. Your car must be less than 1200ccs

2. You must get the car back to Western Europe at the end of the Rally

3. You must raise at least 1000 Pounds for charity.

Pretty simple really. How hard could it be?
